Most well sites adopt regular batch mixers to mix slurry. Usually, it takes eight to twelve minutes to for a single tank to deliver 282.5 ft3 slurry that is up to standard, varying according to concrete quality and process speed. Regular equipment is unable to satisfy the needs of continuous and large displacement operation even when using two tanks to mix slurry in turns.

The fact is the requirements on slurry density and quality are increasing on a daily basis as the operation in shale gas production areas is getting harder. The key step is breaking through conventional design and continuous operation mode.

Liang, R&D Engineer of the project, introduced that one super batch mixer is equivalent to two regular counterparts in terms of slurry mixing ability, which could effectively achieve non-stop slurry mixing and save space for clients.

Equipped with Jereh-developed AMS4.1 dual mixing automated control system integrates multiple functions, including automated liquid level, automated density control and automated pre-mixing. In this way, the equipment delivers in-time feedback and maintains stable liquid level with least fluctuations. As long as the parameters are preset, operators can experience an easy operation through only one button.

During the FAT, Jereh engineers took an in-depth, all-around performance test on the equipment by simulating well site environment.

The client from Daqing, Mr.Sun said, “I can feel an atmosphere of dedication here at Jereh They always pay closest needs to our actual needs and can provide the most cost-effective solutions to solve problems. I’m looking forward to trying out this equipment in the oilfield.”

Through innovation, technology and extended business layout, Jereh is gradually realizing an upgrade of industry and keeps leading its way in the oilfield equipment manufacture area. Zhang Hongnai, Vice President of Jereh Group believes that Jereh will continue its pursuit of equipment upgrading.

While the R&D team is committed to developing cementing equipment that has higher pressure, larger displacement, evener density, they will also put more focus on electric, intelligent and digitalized equipment for higher efficiency and sustainable development.
