TURNKEY DESIGN

Power2go is a complete energy solution by Jereh. It is a mobile gas turbine generator set, currently there are two power production capacity options you can choose from – 35MW or 6MW (ISO conditions). The 35MW Power2Go has been used in the USA since February 2022 to generate electricity to power electric hydraulic fracturing operations.

Power2Go converts natural gas – wellhead gas, LNG, or CNG – to electricity, which is then used to power an entire electric fracturing fleet or other site needs. It is useful for running smooth operations in locations lacking standardized electricity infrastructure. It is a portable power plant used for power generation.

Power2Go is mobile because all the component equipment is installed on a trailer/s that can carry this generator swiftly to any location. The main driver for the Power2Go is its gas turbine. The equipment also contains the enclosures, power switching apparatus, full cable network, auxiliary equipment, control panel, and can be configured for optional remote monitoring.

The Power2Go, in addition to generating 35MW or 6MW of electricity, can be attached to another Power2Go units or the grid to increase electricity output needed to fulfill increased power generation situational needs.

  • The balance is adjusted by independent hydraulic landding legs
  • The main trailer is connected with the air intake system through the auxiliary hydraulic system, which is convenient and fast
  • The exhaust system is lifted and installed without crane
  • The exhaust system is equipped with a wireless remote control, which does not require personnel to work at height
CORE HIGHLIGHTS
CNG, LNG and wellhead gas can be used as fuel source. Many indicators in the emission data are far lower than that of diesel engines (CO, UHC).
100% Natural Gas Fueling
MOBILITY
The trailer design, width, height and load meet DOT requirement of most states in the US including Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota, Wyoming, Louisiana, Arkansas, Colorado, etc.
Because the power trailer integrates the gas turbine, generator, control system, electrical system, lubrication system and other major components in one trailer, the field wiring work is greatly reduced. No large lifting equipment such as crane is needed for on-site installation. Large components (exhaust silencer, generator, etc.) can be installed through its own hydraulic system.
CONVENIENT RIG-UP
HIGH INTEGRATION
The genset is equipped with a total of four trailers, among which the power trailer integrates the gas turbine, generator, control system, electrical system, lubrication system and other major components in one trailer, with less on-site installation. After the rig-up, it only occupies 2500 square feet and can generate 35MW power in a limited area to meet all-round electricity demand at job site.
