The IntelliBlend Electric-Driven Automatic Cement Skid features Jereh's automatic mixing control system, allowing for fully automated management of slurry density, level, and displacement. The control precision is within ±0.01 g/cc, enabling complete automatic control throughout the process, including pre-flush, pre-mix, lead slurry, intermediate slurry, tail slurry, and displacement fluid. 

Additionally, the skid is equipped with an intelligent additive injection system. By simply entering the desired additive flow rate, the system can automatically deliver additives to either the measuring tank or mixing tank, eliminating the need for manual operation and enhancing both safety and efficiency. However, a manual mode is also available, as the skid includes an automatic lifting sunshade with optional manual control.
